Clinical Herbalism
Plant medicine, practiced with intention.
Clinical herbalism goes beyond what's on a supplement shelf. It's personalized, evidence-informed plant medicine built around your body.
-
Clinical herbalism is the evidence-informed therapeutic use of plants to support the body's natural processes. A clinical herbalist is trained to understand how plants interact with body systems, how they work alongside or independently of medications, and how to build a protocol that is specific to your individual presentation — not a generic recommendation.
-
Your herbalist will take a detailed health history covering your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and health goals. From there they'll build a personalized herbal protocol — which may include teas, tinctures, capsules, or topical preparations — and provide guidance on how to use them effectively. Follow-up sessions track your progress and adjust the protocol as your body responds.
-
Anyone interested in plant-based, whole-body support that addresses root causes rather than managing symptoms. Particularly well-suited to people who want a personalized, food-and-plant-first approach to their health.
