Gut Health Support
Digestion that makes sense.
If you’ve been told your symptoms are “just stress” or “normal,” you’re not alone. Our gut health practitioners look at the full picture of your food, routines and stress, so you can understand what your body is telling you.
-
Gut health support is a nutrition-based approach to digestive comfort and function. Your practitioner looks at the whole picture: what’s on your plate, your eating patterns, stress, sleep and movement. From there, they build an approach that fits your body, rather than a generic elimination diet.
-
Your practitioner takes a detailed history of your digestion, diet, lifestyle, stress and health goals. They may ask you to keep a food and symptom journal before or between sessions. Together you’ll build a plan, which may include food and eating-pattern changes and gentle lifestyle shifts. Sometimes your practitioner will suggest doing additional tests. After that, you’ll have follow-up sessions to track how your body responds and adjust from there.
-
People who live with ongoing digestive discomfort and want a personalized, food-first way to understand it. It also suits people who already have a diagnosis from their doctor and want nutrition support alongside their medical care.
-
Gut health support complements medical care and doesn’t replace it. See your doctor before booking, or alongside it, if you notice any of these:
blood in your stool
unexplained weight loss
difficulty swallowing
persistent vomiting
a significant change in bowel habits
a family history of digestive cancers
Your practitioner may also refer you to your doctor if anything in your history calls for it.
Common Areas of Focus
Bloating and gas
Constipation or irregular bowel habits
Support alongside a diagnosed digestive condition (e.g., IBS)
