Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Kim Juneja

I believe healing begins by understanding the whole person—not just their symptoms.

Through online consultations, I use Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to uncover the underlying patterns contributing to bodily imbalance and create personalized treatment plans using Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations. My goal is to give you practical, sustainable tools that support your body's natural ability to heal and help you feel more like yourself again.

My practice has a special focus on conditions that are often interconnected, including mental health, nervous system regulation, insomnia, digestive concerns, hormonal and menstrual health, fertility, gynecological conditions, and chronic skin disorders. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, burnout, painful periods, PMS, navigating menopause, preparing for pregnancy, or struggling with long-standing digestive or inflammatory concerns, treatment is tailored to your unique pattern—not simply your diagnosis.

I have pursued extensive additional training in mental health, gynecology, fertility, and gender-affirming care, and I am passionate about helping people understand how herbs, food, sleep, stress, and daily habits influence long-term health. I believe some of the most powerful medicine happens between appointments, when small, meaningful changes become lasting improvements in well-being.

Patients often describe my approach as thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in your health.

Whether you're looking for answers to a complex health concern or simply want to restore balance before symptoms become bigger problems, I'm here to help you find a path that feels both realistic and sustainable.

Our Philosophy

Foundations First

Real change starts at the root. We focus on the foundational elements of health — nourishment, nervous system regulation, cycle awareness, and the right support. Because addressing what's underneath a symptom is always more effective than managing it at the surface.

Root Cause

We don't manage symptoms, we look for what's underneath them. Understanding why your body is responding the way it is changes the entire conversation.

Body-Led

Your body has its own intelligence. Our role is to support it, not override it. Everything we offer is designed to work with your natural rhythms, not against them.

Consistent Support

Health isn't a destination. It's a practice. And we're here for the long haul with steady, informed support that compounds over time rather than quick fixes that don't last.

Client Reviews

  • “I felt very heard by Megan. Which was very refreshing as you don’t always get that during a health consult. Megan’s assessment was bang on! She helped immensely with a prescribed remedy for a reset of my system and then I was able to make lifestyle changes as well. Thanks for your caring support, Megan! - N.G.

  • My herbal healing journey with Alex was amazing. She was empathetic, warm and very knowledgeable! She not only supported my physical and emotional health through the use of herbs but also helped with lifestyle changes to better support my needs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! She’s wonderful

  • If you are someone who wants practical steps towards healing your gut, Heather is the specialist for you. Heather outlines a brief but informative history to the gut issues we see today, showing her depth of research in the field. As a woman, I felt my needs were more complicated, but Heather addressed my concerns with actionable steps and empathy. After one session I now feel more empowered to make decisions for my gut and brain health that will last me a lifetime.
